Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Area Temps, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients and candidates
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Process payroll, run background checks, and handle paperwork
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including inputting applicant information and coordinating interviews
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and internet savvy
- Professional image and friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented and a team player
- Ability to pass a background check
