Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Q & A Dental Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit.
  • Efficiently managing appointment scheduling and optimizing our calendar to enhance efficiency and minimize wait times.
  • Confirming appointments by text and phone to avoid no-shows and ensure smooth operations, while providing excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing patient needs through phone calls and texts.
  • Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining patient information by phone or portal, accurately entering it into our database.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the overall operation of the practice.
  • Managing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and our website, creating engaging content to showcase our practice and engage with our community.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math proficiency and the ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Comfort with computer systems and proficiency in using dental software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, with a strong understanding of best practices for engagement and growth.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging content that resonates with our audience.
