**Job Description:** Employee Salary Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Employee Salary Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. This role is responsible for managing employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and commissions in accordance with company policies and pay schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax laws, and labor regulations, as well as excellent communication skills to respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with other departments.

The successful applicant will also possess strong problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently, as well as a high level of trustworthiness when handling sensitive employee information.

**Salary:** $70,000 - $85,000 per year
