We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Manhattan, NY. This is a temp-to-perm position with an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and timesheet data entry for over 600 employees
  • Respond to payroll and timesheet inquiries from department managers and supervisors
  • Identify and resolve payroll issues and implement improvements in operational processes
  • Support the Payroll Manager in preparing and reviewing reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Ultimate Software UKG Payroll/HRIS system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
