Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager at Pressable, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' experience with WordPress and other products offered by Automattic. Your technical expertise and interpersonal skills will be essential in representing our company effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate the adoption of WordPress and Automattic services among our clientele.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with senior management regarding technical direction, product strategies, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with developers and senior engineers to provide advocacy and strategic technical insights, assisting clients in planning and building solutions that enhance application performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to comprehend their operational needs and technical challenges, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be driven by the impact they create, whether through the swift deployment of tailored, high-profile websites or aiding organizations in their digital transformation journeys. You should be adept at:

  • Managing projects and timelines while fostering collaboration across various teams.
  • Influencing customer outcomes and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Providing feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements based on customer interactions.
  • Creating structured processes in ambiguous situations and leading customer engagements effectively.

Additional Skills:
Experience with WordPress or similar web technologies is essential. Familiarity with software development and architecture is a plus, although coding is not a requirement for this position.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $130,000 USD. Please note that salary ranges are global and are paid in local currency.
