Customer Service Systems Manager

At Uline, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Systems Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical tools and systems, ensuring our representatives have the resources they need to provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Uline's systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and propose informed recommendations.
  • Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving as a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues.
  • Serve as a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of management experience in operations or customer experience, including coaching, developing and motivating a team.
  • Experience with project management, IT testing methodology and systems implementations.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
