As a Senior Operations Manager in our Customer Service Backoffice, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence by leading a dedicated team focused on reducing order delays and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Backorder and Custom / Drop-Ship operations, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and precision.
- Mentor team leaders in evaluating departmental performance to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Monitor and report on gross profit, returns, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with various Uline departments to refine customer service processes and explore new product possibilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to swiftly address issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
