About the Role:

As a Compensation Partner at Zoox, you will play a crucial role in enabling the PEx organization to deliver fair and equitable compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include providing relational, programmatic, and strategic support to the Compensation team, guiding HR Business Partners and Recruiting to ensure best-in-class compensation practices, and communicating compensation changes and policies to employees, managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide HR Business Partners in implementing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages are offered to potential hires
  • Communicate compensation changes and policies to employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Provide training and guidance to foster an understanding of compensation programs and processes
  • Utilize data-driven insights to ensure that compensation practices align with Zoox's mission and values

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of compensation, finance, HR and/or analytics experience
  • Compensation partnership experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Science or similar quantitative backgrounds

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $185,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
