POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated marketing expert and sales professional responsible for fostering growth within assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing robust relationships with current clients, and building a network to support overall account expansion.

Marketing Specialists are also expected to familiarize themselves with the entire Sinclair portfolio of assets to effectively identify solutions and generate proposals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide weekly revenue forecasts with an accuracy of plus or minus 2% by utilizing in-house sales tools and data-rich systems to develop a practical and executable business plan aimed at achieving individual targets.

Continuously expand a portfolio of business or list of accounts while nurturing a pipeline of potential opportunities by actively seeking methods to enhance the spending of existing clients.

Design impactful marketing campaigns for clients and conduct regular business reviews to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and surpass expectations.

Evaluate critical data points within sales reports, stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Deliver exceptional customer service to establish a brand reputation for reliability, consistency, and credibility, while also fostering personal rapport and likability with local business owners and professional networks.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with multi-platform marketing solutions and sales methodologies
Proficient in CRM platforms and sales management software
Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
High-level proficiency with MS Office applications
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
