About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team. As a Hospice Aide, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in their homes or in our care centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with mobility and ambulation, including the safe use of walkers and wheelchairs.
  • Prepare and serve light meals and snacks, and assist with feeding patients as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe and healthy environment, including light housekeeping tasks such as emptying trash and changing linens.
  • Document patient care and progress, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
