Key Responsibilities:
- Review test cell data to ensure no issues with Aftertreatment or performance shift.
- Track and manage cell hardware for current and future programs.
- Run simulations to ensure catalyst performance meets program needs.
- Analyze data for new programs to determine total catalyst volume required.
- Troubleshoot and fix aftertreatment related issues/codes in test cell.
- Create diagnostic maps and simulate trips.
- Gather test cell data for boundary conditions and emission cycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Catalyst Experience.
- Test Experience.
- Matlab and/or Python analysis and modeling for engine and/or aftertreatment performance.
