Electrical Systems Developer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Aloden, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing replacement components for legacy Electrical and Electronic (E&E) systems, providing technical support for new product introductions (NPI) and change proposals (CPI), and researching new E&E technologies to resolve obsolescence issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement replacement components for legacy E&E systems
- Provide technical support for NPI and CPI projects
- Research and develop new E&E technologies to resolve obsolescence issues
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and perform test activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required, with a preference for computer or electronics engineering
- Related BS or MS projects or internships will be considered if durations are included
- Related Associate's Degree will be considered with an additional two years' experience (seven years minimum)
- 5-7 years' experience required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with lab equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, and Operational Amplifiers
- Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) tool/process
- Experience with Failure Mode Effect & Root Cause Analysis (FMEA) process
- Good documentation and presentation skills using MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work Environment:
