We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our client's accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Totalsource Payroll, QuickBooks, SAP, and other systems such as R Base and Wrangler. This role requires strong leadership abilities to manage a team of five dedicated staff members, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L statements and balance sheets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll for 140 employees using ADP Totalsource.
  • Prepare and review P&L statements and balance sheets.
  • Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, R Base, and Wrangler for various accounting tasks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of five accounting staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in ADP Totalsource, QuickBooks, SAP, R Base, and Wrangler.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
