Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Automation Systems Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our Controls team, you will be responsible for driving sales of Honeywell's Building Automation Systems across designed territories.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and lead generation through proactive outreach and networking
- Consultative selling to understand customer pain points and propose comprehensive BAS solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
- Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Honeywell BAS offerings
- Leading contract negotiations and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Honeywell as a preferred BAS provider
- Collaborating with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in building automation systems, HVAC, or related fields
- Familiarity with BAS technologies such as HVAC controls, energy management systems, and integration platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Dedication to understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service and support
