Computer Systems Engineer

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Computer Systems Engineer at Karls Technology. As a Computer Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, building, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktops and laptops, as well as network equipment such as routers, switches, cables, and related network hardware at client locations.
You will also instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks, install, setup, and troubleshoot computer peripherals such as headphones, keyboards, mice, speakers, and monitors, and assist in connecting new devices to a client's network.
Additionally, you will assist in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile OS and apps on mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and tablets.
The ideal candidate will possess a current CompTIA A+ Certification or be able to attain it within 90 days from start date, have a valid driver's license, maintain valid insurance, a good driving record, and be willing to drive up to 100 miles per day to work orders.
The successful candidate will also possess the ability to lift products up to 50lbs, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, and multitask while upholding quality and integrity of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, build, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktops and laptops
- Instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks
- Install, setup, and troubleshoot computer peripherals
- Assist in connecting new devices to a client's network
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot mobile OS and apps on mobile devices
Requirements:
