Senior Safety Manager

Aristeo Construction, a leading general contractor, is seeking a seasoned safety expert to lead our team in implementing and improving safety measures across our projects.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-level safety management to our business units, conducting regular site inspections, and developing comprehensive safety training programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the lead safety personnel on projects, including large-scale projects or CCM programs
- Providing high-level safety management to specific business units within the organization
- Conducting training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety training programs and policies
- Responsible for all OSHA correspondence on the project
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Developing the Pre-task Analysis process
- Supervising and developing Safety Coordinators, Safety Managers, and Lead Safety Managers
- Effectively managing safety risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a construction-based health and safety role
- Associate Degree in Safety or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced certification in safety preferred (ASP, CSP, or SMS)
