Position Summary:
The Health Services Administrator (HSA) serves as the primary administrative leader of the health services department. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing the site budget, and overseeing the recruitment and hiring of staff. The HSA will foster positive relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Current Registered Nurse License.
  • At least two years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • Experience in correctional healthcare is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the healthcare delivery system and collaborate with other facility functions.
  • Manage financial performance and prepare accurate reports.
  • Develop and implement the operational plan for the facility.
  • Direct the activities of the healthcare staff and actively recruit new team members.
  • Coordinate staff training and orientation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare standards and policies.
  • Participate in safety and emergency drills, enforcing all security protocols.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for all personnel.
