Health Services Administrator Job Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Administrator to join our team at the Dodge County Jail in Juneau, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

The Health Services Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the on-site health services department, ensuring compliance with client contracts and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the healthcare delivery system and coordinate with other functions within the facility.
  • Develop and supervise the facility operational plan.
  • Direct the activities of assigned staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA and NCCHC standards and VitalCore clinical services and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Hospital Administrators and external providers on the delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance.
