Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical consultation and clarification to prescribers prior to dispensing medications.
  • Review patient medical history, labs, and medications orders to ensure safe and effective therapy.
  • Enter prescriptions into pharmacy software and verify finished prescription orders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with patients and healthcare providers to resolve problems and provide optimal care.
  • Participate in quality control and quality improvement activities within the department and clinic.
Requirements
  • Pharm.D. degree and licensure as a registered pharmacist.
  • Unrestricted license as a registered pharmacist in any state.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED).
  • Completion of a nationally recognized pharmacy residency program preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed number of hours per week. The successful candidate will work cooperatively within the health system and pharmacy staff, exercising sound professional judgment and adapting to changes in workload and work schedule.
