Estimated Salary:

$95,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on business and legal matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis to clients
  • Collaborate with senior associates to ensure cases are handled efficiently
Requirements
  • Licensed in the state of Florida to practice law
  • Previous experience in law, preferably in commercial law
  • Familiarity with business law, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional decision-making abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
