Job Responsibilities

The Business Development Director will:

  • Collect and analyze information to evaluate the organization's performance, strengths, and weaknesses, and competitive landscape in order to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Propose plans for leveraging organizational resources to capitalize on growth opportunities and track performance.
  • Identify OCMs and present the RMS value proposition for future partnerships and sourcing opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Build relationships with key business groups, P&L owners, decision-makers, and channel organizations at OCMs to create alliances and partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with Flip supplier development organization to develop business opportunities.
  • Manage RMS business opportunities at OCMs.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
