Job Overview

This exciting role as Regional Sales Manager is a field sales position responsible for driving business growth and developing the hair extensions market in an assigned territory. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be the primary point of contact with Salon Professionals and Stylists, providing expert guidance on products, color selection, and installation techniques.

You will work closely with salon owners, stylists, and employees to build strong relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. With aggressive sales targets and a focus on new business development and account growth, you will be instrumental in achieving company initiatives to engage, educate, and build a robust professional extensions business in your market.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of luxury brand outside sales experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in similar roles. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to prospect and close new business. Travel requirements include day trips throughout Michigan, approximately 75% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand existing accounts
  • Maintain a strong funnel of potential new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes to educate and inspire salon professionals
  • Sell new products and services to existing salons and drive retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activity
  • Achieve individual revenue goals by providing exceptional customer service and consulting with salon owners and stylists
  • Support regional and national events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's presence and build relationships with industry professionals
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury brand outside sales experience
  • Candidates with outside sales and salon industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prospect, close new business, and meet or exceed sales targets
