Job Description:

As a Client Partner-Retail at Tephra, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deep experience with customer and stakeholder management at C-level
2. Business development and P&L ownership
3. Associate engagement and talent grooming
4. Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities
5. Leading account strategy and planning to find opportunities for growth
6. Domain, technical, and program management experience
7. Developing and establishing oneself as an industry and thought leader

Requirements:
1. Strong retail domain experience
2. Exposure to agile delivery
3. Good understanding of cloud, big data, and digital technologies
4. At least 2+ years of account management experience, including onsite experience
5. Proven record of managing CXO-level relationships
