Aerospace Client Partner Job Description

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Aerospace Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our aerospace clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace clients, including Boeing and other major manufacturers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering services and solutions to clients
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and expand services
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales and account management, with a focus on aerospace or defense
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the aerospace industry, including commercial and defense sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior business levels
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive results through collaboration and teamwork
