About the Role:- Provide direct clinical patient care to individuals with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on psychology and psychiatric care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
