Job Title: Registered Nurse - Geriatric Psychology

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and managing resources related to patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
  • Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Manage resources related to patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a RN
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
