Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Psychology Nurse. This is a full-time, ongoing position in Natick, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and promoting competency among clinical staff.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Ensure competency among clinical staff and promote a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification.
