Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychology

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
  • Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
