Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tenant Coordination Administrator to join our Construction Management and Coordination business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project documentation, report tracking, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Tenant Coordinators, contractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with project objectives.
  • Manage all incoming inquiries related to construction projects and maintain organized records.
  • Assist in reviewing and entering lease contingencies into project management software for tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules, budgets, and work plans as necessary.
  • Prepare regular project reports to provide key stakeholders with updates on timelines, costs, and any issues that need addressing.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a construction or project administration role.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with project management software and construction-specific software a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
