Role Summary

Become a vital member of the Crystal Cruises Inbound Sales Team, where we seek enthusiastic individuals. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue through the successful closure of cruise sales from incoming inquiries and collaborating with Travel Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and conversion metrics by promoting cruises to diverse destinations.
  • Deliver professional and effective service to all incoming calls.
  • Exhibit a welcoming demeanor and maintain proper phone etiquette.
  • Ensure precision in booking information and efficient call management.
  • Enhance conversion rates while providing insights into Crystal Cruises' offerings.
  • Manage incoming emails and assist in addressing guest inquiries.
  • Follow scheduled hours and support additional business-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline bookings and sales processes.
  • Engage in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and performance.
