About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Territory Representative to join our team at BioTAB Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing pneumatic compression devices to patients as prescribed by physicians or referred by therapists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pneumatic compression devices to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions or referrals from therapists.
  • Understand and demonstrate the benefits of our products to patients, physicians, specialty therapists, and medical professionals.
  • Presentation and demonstration of subject matter expertise in disease states that our products assist in treating, including lymphatic and venous disorders.
  • Proficient use of Salesforce tools for patient information and maximizing their potential.
  • Communication of initial and annual strategy for sales opportunities and collaboration with Regional Managers on advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Expert understanding of patient processes and revenue cycles for insurance payers, including CMS guidelines, private payer copays, deductibles, and required documentation.
  • Follow-up with patients post-device setup and communication with physicians and therapists regarding patient progress and insurance compliance.
  • Determination of optimal equipment for individual patient needs.
  • Understanding of the industry, market, and competitor's products.
  • Routine visibility to offer our products and services within assigned territories.
  • Effective communication with corporate and administrative staff regarding equipment needs and requirements for timely delivery.
  • Sales strategy development and time management.
  • Mentorship of Associate Territory Managers according to Mentoring Agreements (if assigned).
  • Compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations, laws, and best practices in patient interactions and data handling.
  • Adherence to company expense policies.
  • Timely completion of administrative tasks consistent with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or prior experience in bio-medical sales.
  • Two years of sales experience or related life experience.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Apple products.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Able to obtain necessary immunizations and records for facility access within assigned territories.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
