We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Deployment Specialist - Pharmaceutical Field Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company, building a team of representatives who will deploy into various territories throughout the country for 12-18 months.

About the Role

This is a results-oriented sales position that requires a strong ability to manage territory effectively, demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clinical data, and skillfully deal with product complexities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a top producer, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively, staying at locations for extended periods. Local and overnight travel is required, up to 75% in a given month.

You will support vacant territories, meet or exceed sales plan objectives, establish professional relationships with opinion leaders and physicians, and develop special programs to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred
  • Pharmaceutical Sales preferred
  • Proven time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Sense of resourcefulness and ability to overcome challenges/obstacles when working in a new territory
  • Excellent communication skills in-person and virtually (email and Zoom)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity and bonding time benefits, employee discounts/promotions, and a generous performance-driven Incentive Compensation package.
