Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team at AMG S Group, a premier Financial Services Marketing Firm partnered with 40 top insurance companies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting and be able to source, screen, and onboard high-potential candidates to join our team of licensed agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet monthly recruitment goals.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate the benefits of joining our team, including financial independence and career growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within sales, insurance, and financial industries.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate Assessment: Ability to assess candidates' potential and align them with organizational needs.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • High Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
