About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team at Shure. As a Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing our channel partners in Brazil, monitoring their performance, and implementing effective channel strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Management: Manage assigned channel partners in Brazil, monitor their performance, and provide guidance on product mix, inventory levels, forecasting, sales strategies, and market development initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor channel partner performance using measurement indicators such as actual sales performance versus quota, year-over-year performance, investment in infrastructure, personnel, and responsiveness to inquiries.
  • Market Development: Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, and manage Market Development associates to generate demand and leads.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations on channel activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Travel and Events: Develop and implement an effective schedule of sales trips and events, and plan and monitor expense budgets according to fiscal year objectives.
  • Communication and Support: Provide regular communication and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and information to effectively sell and support our products/services.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive activities, introduction of new competitive products, changes in sales patterns, or policies of competitors, and develop actions to meet competitive activities as required.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to develop channel-driven end-user promotional activities and campaigns consistent with Corporate brand development goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in channel management, sales, or a related field.
  • People Management: People management skill required.
  • Language Skills: Portuguese required, English desired.
