Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CNC team in executing ERP IT projects and initiatives across the organization, ensuring effective management of large-scale enterprise-wide projects.
  • Oversee the completion of change and service requests related to ERP systems, adhering to departmental protocols and ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Establish and maintain performance standards and monitoring procedures for the CNC team.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex incidents within the ERP ecosystem, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues affecting the reliability of ERP services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architect to align technical strategies with product roadmaps focused on ERP solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive innovation initiatives by proposing new ideas and leading proof of concepts that align with the company's vision.
  • Manage the creation, review, and renewal of Statements of Work (SOW) contracts related to CNC operations.
Impact:

This role is critical in managing the support and operations of core systems utilized for ERP functions, ensuring that our technology infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications in ERP systems.
  • Extensive experience in designing and supporting infrastructure solutions in both Linux and Microsoft environments.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare.
Work Environment:

This position is based in an office environment, with no specific physical demands required.
