Job Summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Payment Processing: Process all payments according to established hotel requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports to management, including guest statistics and financial data.

Requirements

  • Previous Hospitality Experience: Preferably previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
