About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Guest Experience team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions, including credit card and cash consolidation, and settle all hotel house accounts.
  • Operational Tasks: Organize and process guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations, and ensure all incidents are properly logged.
Requirements
