Job Title: Night Auditor

Wingate by Wyndham Bismarck, ND is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial transactions, while providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures.
  • Verify and reconcile guest accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a night auditor or front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
