Job Summary:The successful candidate will work in a 24/7 setting, overseeing medical services through an integrated care model. Responsibilities include implementing doctor's orders, monitoring medication, and maintaining accurate medical records. The RN will also observe patients, document treatment progress, and coordinate with case managers.
Requirements:- Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse
- 2 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of medication monitoring experience
- EHR systems experience
- Knowledge of substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions
- Complete nursing assessments, COWS, and CIWA assessments
- Monitor medication and complete required documentation
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team during MDT meetings
- Consult with staff and attend case conferences as needed
