The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, marketing, and promotions, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site experiences for Audacy events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Support the Marketing team in creating and implementing event strategies, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain event recaps, including photos, videos, and written summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and disclosures related to on-site contests and promotions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or promotions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other marketing tools.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record (may be required for promotional vehicle use).
