Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Luxury In-Seats Service Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to guests during events. If you are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding hospitality in a vibrant setting, this is your opportunity to enhance guest experiences.

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Collect food orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy in items and presentation.
  • Relay any special requests or modifications to the appropriate serving or kitchen personnel.
  • Promptly and efficiently deliver food orders to the correct tables, ensuring proper placement of dishes.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain effective communication.
  • Assist servers by clearing tables and performing other support tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stocking of the food running station and surrounding areas.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Complete side work, including restocking, inventory management, cleaning, and opening or closing duties.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the In-Seats and back-of-house areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • A valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be necessary.
  • Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently ascend and descend stairs.
  • Engage in standing and walking for extended periods.
