We are seeking a skilled Turndown Attendant to join our team at Arizona Biltmore. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Turndown Service: Partially remove and store bedcovers, fulfill guest preferences, and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies.
- Clean and Stock Guest Rooms: Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces. Change bed linens, dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
- Replenish Amenities: Restock guest rooms with amenities, linens, and supplies.
- Vacuum and Empty Trash: Vacuum floors and empty trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines.
- Conduct Visual Room Inspection: Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and completeness upon completion.
- Respond to Guest Requests: Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Prior Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Prior Luxury Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
