Position Overview:
As a Turndown Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure guest rooms are impeccably prepared for the evening. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Performing turndown service, which involves adjusting bed coverings, fulfilling guest preferences, and replenishing amenities and supplies.
  • Cleaning and stocking guest rooms as assigned, including thorough cleaning of bathrooms and living areas.
  • Changing bed linens and dusting furniture and surfaces.
  • Conducting visual inspections of completed rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Disposing of waste in accordance with the hotel's sustainability practices.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to special guest requests.

This is a part-time position, with shifts available in the evenings, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the role.
