**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department at Montefiore Medical Group. This includes overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and associates, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the welcome and screening teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the fast-paced day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and associates
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the welcome and screening teams
  • Implement visiting and regulatory policies and practices in coordination with the medical, nursing, and executive leadership team
  • Formulate strategy, improve performance, increase quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all levels
  • Assure all welcome and screening teams are staffed to provide adequate operations coverage, have the necessary training and resources to successfully perform their work
  • Utilize data to continually improve operations and the patient/visitor experience

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • High School and GED required
  • 3+ years healthcare or hospitality experience required
