We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CLARK Material Handling Company. As a key member of our aftermarket parts business, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Process high-volume dealer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses
- Identify and quote replacement parts, obtaining orders and processing them through our systems
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and provide basic support to dealers
- Proactively market and sell parts, contacting customers and maintaining a log of activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful order fulfillment
- Maintain an inquiry database and provide reports as needed
- High School Diploma with 2-4 years of customer service experience or related experience in the forklift or construction equipment industry
- Working knowledge of equipment in the material handling or heavy equipment industry, with a background in support services
- Basic knowledge of forklift operations and CLARK product line or high degree of mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in BaaN, Parts Pro, Microsoft Office, Access, PRMS, JDE, and Web Ordering
