  • Interpreting results from oral saliva tests
  • Reviewing outcomes from agent verification and underwriting calls
  • Assessing motor vehicle records (MVRs)
  • Analyzing prescription histories to identify potential health issues
  • Summarizing and reviewing medical records (APSs)
  • Evaluating paramedical examinations and laboratory results
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding application statuses
  • Reviewing health information for additional coverage, modifications, and reinstatements
  • Providing support to other underwriting functions as necessary
