SEO Specialist

Role Overview:

Globe Life & Accident is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing SEO activities for our websites and other online assets. This includes creating, optimizing, monitoring, and reporting on search engine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out, analyze, and execute SEO activities for Globe Life & Accident websites and other online assets.
• Create, optimize, monitor, and report on search engine performance of websites and other digital assets managed by the digital marketing department.
• Attend strategy meetings for creation/redesign of web properties and provide SEO input and perspective.
• Research and maintain keywords, write metadata and metatags for web properties, contribute to landing pages and articles, optimize and maintain local business listings, agency websites, and location databases.
• Research and build 3rd party and internal links, manage SEO tools, and work closely with designers, PPC specialists, campaign strategists, developers, and content writers to ensure a successful digital marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Education and experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
