About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to departmental leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to departmental leadership, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial administration tasks, including reimbursement of expenses and processing of invoices.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to office operations, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based applications.

Estimated Salary: $57,000 - $70,000 per year
