Office Operations Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Drafting correspondences and other formal documents
- Planning and scheduling appointments and events
- Greeting and assisting onsite guests
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Developing and implementing organized filing systems
- Performing all other office tasks
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Verifying patient information and updating records
- Scheduling patients for appointments and procedures
- Managing patient communications and correspondence
- Providing administrative support to clinical staff
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
