About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in driving strategic growth partnerships. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, establish strong relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing full sales cycles for partner accounts, establishing and scaling partnership programs that drive revenue growth, and developing thought leadership content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish go-to-market strategy for strategic partnerships, building a pipeline of opportunities and developing sales pitches and deal structures
  • Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing strategic sales opportunities with new logos, leveraging expertise to propose innovative solutions
  • Lead complex sales cycles, managing negotiations, navigating approvals, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Become a trusted advisor, serving as a single point of contact for accounts and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and provide ongoing strategic support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • 3+ years of experience in establishing and scaling partnership programs that drive revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including search engine marketing and website optimization
  • Consultative selling experience with ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to sales strategy development
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment
